EVERTEX Pioneer is the lighter, lower-cost board in the EVERTEX range: a 140 × 24 mm PVC deck board, 5.4 m long, with a scalloped underside and double ASA capping on three sides. It comes in Silver Grey and White Wash Oak with a 25-year warranty.

Product Description

Pioneer is the practical board in the EVERTEX range, made for everyday residential decks where easy handling and value matter more than a long colour list. It is full PVC, with no wood fibre in the core.

How it differs from Essence

Essence has a solid core and is capped on every face. Pioneer has a lighter foamed core with a scalloped underside, and its double ASA capping covers the top and both edges, the faces that see sun and weather. The board size is the same.

Boards in the range

Grooved board, 140 × 24 mm, for concealed fixings. Edge board, 140 × 24 mm, for the outside run and steps. Fascia board, 200 × 12.5 mm, to cover the sides of the frame. All are 5.4 m long, in both colours.

The frame under it is the same as any deck; see H3 treated pine for joists and bearers and decking accessories for joist tape and hardware. Brand: all EVERTEX products.
