CUTEK Restore is a timber cleaner that brings grey, weathered or stained wood back to its original colour, and strips mill glaze off new timber so oil can soak in.

  • Sizes: 2.5 L, 5 L and 10 L
  • Coverage: about 1 L per 5–8 m², depending on how weathered or stained the timber is (CUTEK’s guide)
  • Removes: tannin, water, iron, resin, mould and fungus stains
  • How to use: wet the timber first, then apply generously with a brush, roller, lambswool applicator or broom. It works diluted or neat, so test a small area first
  • Then: once dry, oil with CUTEK EXTREME CD50

FEATURES OF CUTEK® RESTORE

  • POWERFULLY RESTORES TIMBER
    Brings weathered, greyed/silvered wood back to original appearance
  • REMOVES STUBBORN STAINS
    Such as iron stains, water marks, tannins, resins, mould and fungus
  • PREPARES NEW TIMBER FOR COATING
    Removes common invisible glaze (‘mill glaze’) from newly sawn timber or machined timber

TYPICAL USES

  • Restoration of stained or high traffic areas such as decks, marine jetties, boardwalks, etc.
  • Rejuvenation of external and weather affected or greyed timber such as decking, cladding, fences, shingles, etc.

CUTEK® Restore will not remove paint and wood coatings from your timber. In these instances, remove with CUTEK® Wood Stripper.
