James Hardie 8.5mm EasyLap Fibre Cement Panel is a fibre cement sheet used for lining, bracing and facade applications. It is non-combustible and unaffected by moisture, which is why it is specified in wet areas, eaves and external walls where plasterboard cannot go. It carries a BAL40 bushfire rating when installed as part of a compliant system.
Where it is used
Typical applications include internal wet-area lining, eaves and soffits, external wall substrates and rendered facade systems. Cut and fix in line with the manufacturer’s current installation manual.
