TimberTech Landmark is an Advanced PVC deck board with a rustic crosscut grain and matte finish: 140 × 25 mm with a 360° cap over a recycled PVC core that contains no wood fibre, backed by a limited lifetime product warranty and a 50-year fade & stain limited warranty.
- Size and lengths: 140 × 25 mm square-shoulder boards in 4.88 m and 6.10 m (listed here as 4.8 m and 6.0 m)
- Colours: Boardwalk, Castle Gate and French White Oak
- Heat: TimberTech says its Advanced PVC boards stay up to 16 °C cooler than many competing products, with French White Oak and Boardwalk building the least heat; all decking still gets hot in full sun
- Traction: TimberTech claims up to 40% better traction than competing composite decking
- Joist spacing: 406 mm centres for residential decks (TimberTech’s guidance)
