Greenhill Timbers supplies and installs timber flooring across Melbourne from the yard and showroom at 170 Settlement Road, Thomastown. One quote covers the boards, the installation and the finish, so there is no gap between the supplier and the installer when something needs sorting on site.
What we install
- Solid timber flooring: Blackbutt, Spotted Gum, Tasmanian Oak, Ironbark and other Australian hardwoods, laid, sanded and coated.
- Engineered timber flooring: European oak and Australian species boards, glued or floated over new or existing subfloors.
- Hybrid and laminate flooring: click-lock boards for kitchens, laundries and rentals, with underlay and trims.
- Parquetry: herringbone and chevron European oak.
Decking, cladding and framing are supply only. We can cut to length, work out quantities from your plans and deliver to site, and we are happy to talk through the job with your carpenter.
How it works
- Choose the boards. Visit the Thomastown showroom or browse the flooring range online, then take samples home.
- Measure and quote. Send us the room sizes or plans, or book a measure. The quote lists the boards, underlay, installation, sanding and coating as separate lines.
- Supply. Boards are acclimatised and delivered from our own stock, so the installation date is not waiting on a supplier.
- Install and finish. Experienced flooring installers lay the floor, and solid timber is sanded and coated on site.
