Grey Box is a very durable Australian timber found in NSW and QLD used in the construction of heavy applications, flooring and decking.
Description
Grey Box can best be characterised as having a combination of dark nutty honey to soft wheat colours with an interesting tight cathedral grain pattern. The hardwearing timber has unbelievably high natural durability and very hard density, which makes it perfect for high traffic flooring and commercial spaces. It is a medium-sized tree that is grown in the central and northern coasts of New South Wales and Southern Queensland.
